Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take a few additional days. Please allow additional time during peak holiday seasons.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

International Shipping We ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in shipping charges and vary by country. Contact your local customs office for more information.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at antonia@eco2store.com. If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, we will work with you to resolve the issue. Lost packages must be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs to reship the order.
