How long does shipping take? Since all our products are made to order, please allow 2–5 business days for production, plus 5–10 business days for standard delivery. Total delivery time is typically 7–15 business days.

Why does it take longer than other stores? Every ECO2STORE product is created when you order it. This made-to-order approach eliminates waste from overproduction and ensures you receive a freshly made, high-quality product. We believe it's worth the short wait!

Is shipping really free? Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75. Orders under $75 have a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.

What makes your products sustainable? Our products are made with eco-certified materials including organic combed ring-spun cotton and recycled polyester. Our fabrics hold certifications from GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard), OCS (Organic Content Standard), and GRS (Global Recycled Standard). Plus, every order ships carbon-neutral.

What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy on unworn, unwashed items in original condition. Returns include a free prepaid shipping label, and refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.

Can I exchange an item for a different size? Yes! Email us at support@eco2store.com with your order number and the size you need. We'll arrange the exchange for you.

Do your sizes run true to size? Our products correspond to European sizing, which tends to run slightly larger. If you're between sizes, we recommend ordering one size down. Check the size guide on each product page for detailed measurements.

What materials are your products made from? Depending on the product, our items are made from 80–85% organic combed ring-spun cotton and 15–20% recycled polyester. Specific material details are listed on each product page under "Product Details."

Do you ship internationally? We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon — stay tuned!

How do I track my order? You'll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received tracking information within 7 business days of ordering, contact us at support@eco2store.com.

Can I cancel or modify my order? Since products are made to order, we begin production quickly. If you need to cancel or modify your order, contact us at support@eco2store.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee modifications once production has started.
