Refund policy

Our Policy We accept replacements for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Because our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or color variations due to monitor differences.

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number, photos showing the damage or defect, and a description of the issue. We'll be happy to send you a replacement at no additional cost.

Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item or size, contact us within 30 days with photos and your order number. We'll send the correct item at no additional cost.

Lost Packages If your order hasn't arrived, please report it within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate.

Non-Returnable Items We cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse (change of mind), incorrect size ordered (please check our size charts before ordering), or color variations due to monitor/screen differences.

Refunds If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
