Carbon-neutral shipping Every ECO2STORE order ships carbon-neutral. We offset the environmental impact of every shipment — because sustainability doesn't stop at the product.
Order tracking You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received tracking details within 7 business days, please email support@eco2store.com.
Domestic shipping only We currently ship within the United States. International shipping options are coming soon.
Free shipping on orders over $75 Standard shipping is free for all qualifying orders shipped within the United States.
Returns & Exchanges
Made-to-order notice: Because every item is created specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size ordered, or personal preference. Please review our size guide carefully before placing your order.
We stand fully behind the quality of every product we make. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly produced, we will make it right at no cost to you.

How to report an issue

Email us within 30 days of delivery Send your order number and clear photos of the issue to support@eco2store.com.

We review and respond Our team will respond within 1 business day with a resolution.

Replacement or full refund We'll send a replacement item or issue a full refund to your original payment method — your choice. In most cases, you will not need to return the item.

Refund timing Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of our decision.
